By using or subscribing to CoachCut, you agree to these Terms.

Eligibility

CoachCut is available only to users with an active subscription.
If you do not have a valid subscription, you may not access or use the app.
Sports clubs and organizations can arrange multi-license packages for multiple users under one plan.

Accounts & Access

Each subscription is personal, non-transferable, and allows access on up to two (2) devices per user.
If you need additional devices or team-wide access, please contact [email protected] for a multi-license option.

You must not share, sell, or distribute your login credentials to anyone else.
Any sharing of accounts may result in immediate suspension or termination without refund.

You are responsible for all activity under your account.
If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately at [email protected].

Subscriptions & Payments

  • An active subscription is required to use the app.
  • Pricing, billing cycles, and payment options are displayed before you subscribe.
  • Payments are handled securely by third-party providers.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the next billing period.
  • We do not provide refunds for partial periods, unused time, or violations of these Terms.

Data & Privacy

We value your privacy.
CoachCut does not access, view, or store the videos or clips you analyze in the app — all analysis is processed locally on your device.
We only collect limited technical and account data as described in our Privacy Policy.
We do not sell, share, or track your personal data.

Use of the Service

You agree to use CoachCut only for lawful and sports-related purposes.
You must not:

  • Upload or share copyrighted material without permission.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or resell any part of CoachCut.
  • Use the Service to harass, harm, or interfere with others.

Violation of these rules may result in account termination.

Intellectual Property

All software, design, and materials within CoachCut are owned by CoachCut or its licensors.
You may not copy, modify, or distribute them without written permission.

Videos and analysis data created by you belong entirely to you.
Since CoachCut processes data locally, we do not have access to your video content or analysis results.

Service Availability

We aim to keep CoachCut running smoothly, but we can’t guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
We may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect availability.

Limitation of Liability

CoachCut is provided “as is.”
While we work hard to deliver a reliable experience, we are not liable for:

  • Data loss on your local device.
  • Service interruptions or software bugs.
  • Damages arising from misuse or unauthorized access.

Use of CoachCut is at your own risk.

Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or misuse the Service.
In case of termination due to policy violation, no refunds will be issued.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.
If significant changes occur, we’ll notify you via email or within the app.
Continued use of CoachCut after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
